1. What GENALF is

GENALF is a safe, ad-free creative platform for children aged 6–12, operated for families and verified creators. These terms govern your use of genalf.com and the GENALF apps.

2. Accounts

• Only adults may create an account. A parent or legal guardian manages every child profile.
• Children access GENALF through a pairing code issued by their grown-up — no email, phone number, or password is collected from a child.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

3. Subscriptions and payments

• Paid plans and creator subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown before you confirm.
• Children can never spend money. Every purchase or subscription becomes an approval request to the managing grown-up.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period.

4. Content and conduct

• All content on the platform is moderated. Content that is unsafe for children, unlawful, or infringes the rights of others is removed.
• Creators keep the rights to content they publish and grant GENALF a licence to distribute it on the platform.
• We may suspend accounts that put children at risk or repeatedly break these terms.

5. Liability

GENALF is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
